Hello everyone! We are back with our second foundation proof test. Today is the turn of the already well-known “L’Oreal Infallible Pro
Matte“ Foundation.
I have mine in the shade 105. This foundation claims to last
up to 24 hours (Infallible.), and to be a medium demi-matte coverage.
One of the
things I REALLY liked about this foundation it’s the presentation! It comes in
a easy to squeeze tube. I love this because it is easy to control the amount
you take out of the foundation and also less bacteria go into the foundation
(because your fingers never touch the foundation inside the tube.) The price
ranges around $9-$12 so it is in the high side of the drug store foundations
cost but, lets check how it works during the day.
Here is my picture with no foundation; this was at 7:30 A.M.
As you can see my dark under eye circles are noticeable and
I have a lot of dark spots to cover.
I started to apply the foundation with a beauty blender ( I
use the beauty blender with all my foundations.) At first, I was pretty
impressed with the coverage of this foundation . I continued applying and I was
more impressed! This was a pretty more full than medium coverage. The
application goes on easy and it does not leave dry patches .
This is how my complete makeup looks with the “L’Oreal
Infallible Pro Matt “ Foundation.
It covered my dark under eye circles ,and my face looks very
smooth. It looks matte without looking cakey! Lets check how it goes during the
day.
Today I went to church and after that I went to eat with some
friends. The weather was a little bit hot ( around 81 F) . Then we made a 1
hour line to cross the border from mexico to the USA. So it was a busy day.
* The pictures for the end of the day look are having trouble to upload :( ( Sorry )': )
My foundation lasted all day! I received several compliments and a lot of
people asked me which foundation I was using.
The formula of this foundation is totally comparable with a High-End
formula.
For the price , I would really recommend this
foundation for those girls with oily skin.
Pros:
-Easy to apply.
- Presentation.
- Medium-Full Coverage.
-Lasts all day.
-Not cakey.
Cons:
-Price.
-Might not work for dry skin girls.
-Not a big variety of tones.
In my opinion this foundation gets a 9 out of 10 points!
