Foundation Proof Test #6

Hello people ! Today is another day of our foundation proof test, this being our #6.
For this occasion our special guest is the L'oreal True Match Lumi.
This foundation can be found in almost every drug store and the price ranges around $10-$13.
The claims  of this foundation are to be Luminous and have a lightweight coverage but buildable and to las up to 8 hours. It also claims to be safe for sensitive skin.

Lets check it out!

Today I did my make-up in the afternoon . I started to apply my foundation around 3:30 P.M But, before that my face looked like this.

Pretty tired right?

Once I started to apply the foundation I noticed that it had a very liquidy consistency.
It applied smooth and quick, giving me a light to medium coverage. After I finished my makeup I did looked very luminous and I kind of liked it .

During the day I could feel my foundation which does not make it a " lightweight foundation"

It did stick around in my face for a while but after 4 hours it started to wear off.

At the end of the day it looked like this...

My nose had no foundation at all!!

It does not claim to be a super long wearing foundation but , at least in me it did not last up to 8 hours.

I did love the luminous finish ...

So overall, I give this foundation 7.5 points out of 10

Pros:
Healthy look
Several shades
Can be found in a lot of drug stores

Cons:
Price
Not long wearing at all!!

Foundation Proof Test #5

Hello Hello Hello!!! Today I have lots of energy and I am super excited to try this new foundation. It has been all over youtube and I could not resist trying it. Today for our  5th foundation proof test we are trying the new Marc Jacobs Re(marc)able Full coverage foundation.

This foundation claims to  be An ultra-lightweight, oil-free foundation concentrate that delivers 24 hours of full-coverage wear.( According to the sephora website) it retails for $55 and I am in the shade 22.

I started my day at 8 A.M in the morning and I washed my face, applied my moisturizer and after that my skin looked liked this.
Pretty dark under eye circles and a big pimple in my forehead , you can not see it in this picture but trust me it was there.
I applied my primer and then started to apply the foundation. The foundation was kind of heavy to apply , it did not move as easy as the Estee louder or the L'oreal pro matte. It did give me a super full coverage since the first application. This is how my face looks with the foundation only.

You can not see my dark spots at all! but I do not know if you can notice that it looks cakey. This foundation is not lightweight at all.
This is me onces I finished my makeup

It was definitely full coverage but lets check how it works during the day.
Right after I finished my makeup I went to work , The climate was pretty good and I did not do a lot of effort at work. Once I got out of my job I went home and pretty much rested the whole day .  I waited until the clock marked 11 P.M and I took a picture of my face .

Maybe it is not very noticeable but I am missing foundation from my nose , and you can start seeing the pimple in my forehead. It still did a good job but, for the price I expected more.

This foundation is not bad but, in my opinion it is not worth the money. There are other foundations that are cheaper and with a better quality.

PROS:
-Full coverage.
- Does not have parabens or sulfates.

CONS:
-Pricey.
- Not very long lasting.

Final Score
7.5 out of 10
